SMARTPHONE APPS
Smartphone apps are very useful
to develop your training methods. Some of them are very good, for example:
-Nike + Running. It is an application
specifically designed to run and take
statistics of your exercise. You can find the distance
you march, you rhythm,
and the time you
take.
-FitNotes Gym Workout Log. It includes a
database of exercises to help you to classify your workouts correctly, and it can save your training records so you can track what you're
doing, and give you the possibility
to create routines and exercises
adapted to yourself.
-RunKeeper.
This application is as a follower of performance for
runners. You can create running routes, track your performance, make a health plan...
