Hi everyone!
We have done a new
activity. It was a training session of Ultimate
Frisbee with a group of classmates. We chose this sport to practice the
tactics, the throws and to improve our quality in the game.
To make a good and complete workout, we followed
different steps:
-First, we started running about 4 or 5 minutes and,
after that, we stretching and rotation our joints to warm up.
-Next, a fitness task to develop the physical ability.
In groups of three
we played a fun game that consisted of: One person has the disc and the others
have to assign a number (1, 2). Then the thrower says a number and throws the
disc to the goal area, so the player with this number runs to catch it.
-Afterwards, the technical task for the technique of
the movements.
We realised an easy circuit in groups of three. Two of
us had to stand aligned and the other
person had to run slowly and pass the disc to the first partner using “back
hand”, and to the second partner using “flick”; so we worked essential throws.
At the end of a round, positions changed in the direction of clockwise.
-Then, an individual tactical task.
With three people
in each groups; one person was thrower, another was the receptor and the other
person had to break the pass defending one side. After each pass we were
changing the positions as a braid: the receptor became the thrower, the old
defender had to catch the disc, and the old thrower had to defend.
-Later, the collective tactical task. The best form to
realise this task is playing a Frisbee match, so we separated in two teams and
we were playing having a great time.
-Finally,
we did the cool down walking (during aprox a minute) and doing some stretches. That’s
very important; nevertheless a lot of people don’t know it.
